College of Georgia Police Chief Jeffrey L. Clark has recognized the person accused of killing Laken nursing pupil Hope Riley on campus as an unlawful immigrant from Venezuela.
Clark reported that Jose Antonio Ibarra was arrested on prices together with first diploma homicide, felony homicide, assault, battery, false imprisonment, kidnapping, obstructing 911 and concealing the loss of life of one other.
