    The Santa Fe Christian Athletics Department announces new women's volleyball leadership

    As anticipation heats up for the upcoming volleyball season, Santa Fe Christian (SFC) Faculties not too long ago introduced Megan Lawley as the brand new ladies's head coach, accompanied by Rafael Asvolinsque as assistant head coach, in keeping with a information launch.

Lawley's teaching journey contains three years at Kent Juniors Volleyball Membership (now 'NPJ'), eight years at Coast Volleyball Membership and her latest enterprise as co. -Director for FCA Volleyball Membership in San Diego.

    Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Asvolinsque started his volleyball journey on the age of 11. From enjoying alongside Olympic medalists and world champions to teaching high-level athletes, Asvolinsque brings a wealth of expertise to the SFC.

    Since arriving in California in 2018, Asvolinsque has coached athletes of all ranges and “demonstrates his dedication to instilling ardour and love for the sport. He has a level in sports activities teaching and emphasizes the significance of correct approach and values ​​equivalent to teamwork, dedication and respect,” the press launch mentioned.
