“Prepared, set, go!” “In your mark, get set, go!” “Go! Go! Go!” Put collectively these two easy letters, G-O, and it ignites the start of one thing. In sports activities, athletes practice for days and generally years for his or her “go” second. They watch for the command to go to allow them to embark on a efficiency to compete, combat and hopefully come out victorious. Prepared or not, when the phrases are spoken to go, athletes should go and do what they’ve been skilled to do.

As Christians, we have now been commissioned and Jesus has advised us to “go!” In Matthew 28:19-20 Jesus says, “Subsequently go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them within the title of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and instructing them to obey every thing I’ve commanded you. And absolutely I’m with you at all times, to the very finish of the age.” This Nice Fee is our calling, it’s our responsibility, it’s why we dwell. Identical to an athlete is skilled to go and compete, we have now been outfitted to go and do God’s work. There are not any excuses on why we are able to’t go, as a result of Jesus says He’s at all times with us. He’s all that we want for us to go!

We’re within the eighth month of the 12 months; the quantity eight represents a brand new starting. Right now might be your day on the beginning line. If an athlete is aware of when the phrase “go” is spoken that they need to go and compete, how rather more ought to we obey Jesus’ phrases? Jesus is asking you right this moment. Prepared, set, go!
