Three years after collapsing on the pitch on the final Euros, Christian Eriksen scored to offer Denmark a 1-0 win over Slovenia on Sunday.
Eriksen, who suffered a cardiac arrest on the pitch at Euro 2020, returned with revenge at Euro 2024. The 32-year-old midfielder made a high-quality save from a throw-in within the seventeenth minute to offer Denmark the lead.
