Christian McCaffrey welcomed his youthful brother Luke to the NFL with a heartwarming message on Friday.
After the Washington Commanders chosen Luke within the third spherical, No. 100 general, of the 2024 NFL Draft, the 49ers All-Professional operating again shared a particular submit on X, previously often known as Twitter, to congratulate his little brother.
“I couldn't be extra happy with my brother,” Christian wrote. “What a narrative. Wager on one another each step of the way in which.”
Luke was initially a quarterback at Nebraska, Louisville and Rice earlier than suggesting Owls head coach Mike Bloomgren transfer him to receiver, and was the Owls' main receiver in 2023.
Two years later, Luke is headed to the NFL as a receiver with the Commanders.
In two campaigns as a wideout, McCaffrey caught 129 passes for 1,715 yards and 19 touchdowns.
