The flag comes as Texas continues to combat a Supreme Courtroom ruling that the Biden administration can take away razor wire put in alongside the southern border.
Following the Supreme Courtroom ruling, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) invoked the best of “self-defense” to fight the state's border disaster.
