TRAVERSE CITY — Traverse Metropolis Christian athletic director Micah Gallegos has been named Area 2 Athletic Director of the 12 months for the 2023-24 college yr by the Michigan Affiliation of Interscholastic Athletic Directors.

Gallegos has been the Traverse Metropolis Christian College Athletic Director for 7 years. The Saints be part of the GCBL
MANISTEE — The Manistee Saints have been accepted into the Gratiot County Baseball League for the 2024 season.
The six-team league could have groups in Breckenridge, Carson Metropolis, Fulton County, Sidney, St. Louis and Manistee. The Saints had been beforehand members of the GCBL from 2007 to 2015.
The league performs a 20-game season beginning June 2, plus playoffs.
