Senate Majority Chief Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Senate Democrats haven’t held a recall trial for Homeland Safety Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
Two articles of impeachment had been dismissed.

Home Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), Home Majority Chief Steve Scalise (R-LA), Home Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN) and Rep. Elise Štefánik (R-NY) issued statements after the Senate did not impeachment trial.
