South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem is dealing with authorized motion after a viral dental video she posted on social media earlier this week. The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Washington by client group Vacationers United, accuses Noem of “deceptive and misleading promoting.”
The lawsuit alleges that Noem didn’t correctly disclose the medical tourism commercial she shared on all of her private social media platforms. Vacationers United categorized the authorized declare as associated to “journey influencers”.
