Georgia Republican Governor Brian Kemp is demanding solutions from President Joe Biden following the killing of 22-year-old Laken Hope Riley nursing pupil on the College of Georgia campus.

The letter got here as 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra was charged as a suspect within the homicide of a 22-year-old nursing pupil on the UGA campus.
Three ICE & DHS sources inform Fox Information Ibarra is a Venezuelan nationwide who entered the nation illegally El Paso, Texas, in September 2022 and was launched to the US on parole.
Kemp addressed a letter to President Biden on Saturday morning looking for a proof and demanding that the White Home safe the southern border.
“Frankly, Mr. President, your continued silence in response to those cheap requests is outrageous,” Kemp wrote within the letter, which was posted on X. “The American folks should know who’s getting into our nation illegally due to your administration's failures.” and what dangers and challenges every state should now face.”
Within the letter, Kemp sought details about Ibarro's present immigration standing and why the administration reportedly emphasised the urgency of instantly sharing the suspect's immigration standing.
“Why was my administration not notified of the asylum purposes and subsequent launch of an unlawful resident who offered false identification?” Kemp requested. “What’s the present immigration standing of Jose Antonio Ibarra and why was this data not supplied to my administration?”
