
A busy week of spring monitor and area continues for Pell Christian with 5 groups competing right now.
The Eagles tennis groups are again on the courts this afternoon for Little Hawkeye Convention matches towards Newton. Coming off an 11-0 sweep of Saydel on Monday, the women tennis crew will journey to the Aurora Heights tennis courts in Newton this afternoon. Seeking to erase the style of being swept 11-0 by Pella on Tuesday, the Pella Christian boys tennis crew will host the Cardinals at Eagle Lane.
After working only one sport by way of the opening two weeks of the season, the Eagles monitor and area groups will run their second sport this week evening. Each groups will make the brief journey throughout Purple Rock Lake tonight to compete within the Panther Relays in Knoxville. On Tuesday, the PC boys took second of their house coed meet, whereas their ladies crew took third.
The Pella Christian ladies soccer crew may also be in motion tonight, internet hosting Des Moines Christian. The Eagles, who’re 4-2 total on the spring, will look to bounce again from a 7-0 loss to Norwalk on Tuesday evening. The Lions are 4-1 on the season after successful three straight shutouts by a mixed rating of 16-0 towards Van Meter, Winterset and ADM.
The Pella Christian tennis and monitor and area video games start tonight at 4:15 p.m., whereas the Eagles ladies soccer crew's house sport is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m.
