The NFL's authorized window for tampering is open, and groups are already frantically agreeing to offers.
For the Miami Dolphins, their greatest free agent was linebacker Christian Wilkins, who made a guess on himself after he couldn't agree on a contract with the staff final season.
Now, according to NFL Network's Ian RapoportWilkins agreed to a take care of the Las Vegas Raiders that may pay him $110 million over 4 years.
