‘Christian believer’ Scott Forbes prepared for 1st School World Sequence as UNC head coach

The North Carolina baseball program is a reasonably common participant within the Males’s School World Sequence in Omaha, Nebraska, having reached the eight-team double-elimination event — the ultimate stage of the NCAA Event — eight times in the past 19 seasons (and 12 occasions general).

Forbes, this season’s ACC Coach of the Year, has spoken about his religion in Christ earlier than. He was featured within the Coronary heart of a Coach Q&A within the Spring 2022 version of Sports Spectrum Magazine, the place he spoke about how his religion in Jesus impacts his strategy to his job.
