California lawmakers have proposed laws that may develop the state's no-pay house mortgage program for unlawful immigrants.
State Assemblyman Joaquin Arambula (D-Fresno) launched the invoice in January.
The California Dream for All Shared Appreciation Loans program gives “as much as 20% on down funds or closing prices to not exceed $150,000” for first-generation and first-time homebuyers.
