    Mom Sues NY School District For Treating 12-Year-Old Daughter Like A Boy Without Parental Consent

    A New York girl is suing a neighborhood faculty district, alleging that officers started treating her center faculty daughter like a boy with out her data and consent, whereas hiding it from her.

    Jennifer Vitsaxaki is represented by attorneys from the non-profit regulation agency Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF). On Wednesday, they filed a federal lawsuit in opposition to the Skaneateles Central College District and the Skaneateles Central Colleges' Board of Training over the actions of its staff.
