Devan Harrington scored 11 factors to steer the No. 9-seeded Knights, who beat Curlew and Garfield-Palouse earlier than coming off a loss to No. 2 Mount Vernon Christian this week. Taylor Andringa simply missed a double-double with eight factors and a game-high 10 rebounds for Sunnyside Christian (23-6).
Trailing by 5 factors at halftime, the Knights held Oakesdale to a few factors within the third quarter to take a one-point lead into the ultimate eight minutes. They gained this system's first trophy since 2019.
