    16 Female Athletes Sue NCAA Over Trans Policy

    The NCAA violated Title IX by “intentionally adopting and altering insurance policies and taking a number of actions particularly meant” to permit Thomas to compete, the swimsuit says.

    Twelve of the athletes within the lawsuit are swimmers. The swimsuit additionally contains feminine athletes in soccer, athletics, volleyball and tennis.
